'With everything going on right now, it can seem as though every attempt to build yourself up or progress is just being beaten right back down to \"square 1\"  In in some respects it is; but that doesn\'t mean you can\'t progress back to where you originally were and then continue on even further...  It all comes down to how much you are willing to put in the same amount of effort - in some cases repetitively so  With all the talk you see thrown around regarding the \"perfect muscle-building programme\" or \"how to shed fat in (insert irrelevant amount) of days\", I thought it would be worthwhile approaching the problem from a direction I rarely see covered: which is the reasoning behind WHY you\'re doing the plan you are and continuing to slog along despite the previously mentioned \'roadblocks\'  So in this video I address \"Finding Your WHY?\" and the benefits this can bring to a long term programme   Because despite what we see and what we would like to believe, anything worth having takes both time and commitment both to build it, and maintain what you have then achieved.'
