Dr. Elizabeth Winings is a psychiatric nurse practitioner who specializes in children\'s mental health. Antonia Demas and Ariel Demas are educators with decades of experience successfully teaching troubled youth using food and cooking to improve their self-esteem and manage challenging behaviors.  Dr. Elizabeth Winings is ANCC Board Certified as a Family Mental Health-Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She is a full-time Assistant Professor of Nursing at the Jacksonville University Keigwin School of Nursing teaching in multiple programs at the Undergraduate and Graduate levels. Dr. Winings completed her education in Nursing at the University of Florida (go Gators). She also has advanced training in Plant-Based nutrition, completing her doctoral internship in nutrition and lifestyle medicine at the True North Health Center in Santa Rosa, CA.  She is the founder of Winings Wellness, an outpatient private practice that provides mental health care with an emphasis on screening, prevention, and early intervention. Dr. Winings practices evidence-based care including psychotherapy, conservative use of medication when needed, and nutritional guidance. She believes in the healing power of communication, restoring relationships, and living a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Winings also serves as the co-medical director for Nutrition and Lifestyle Immersions for the Plant-Strong Retreat team.  She is a native of Jacksonville and grateful to live near the coast with her husband, son, and their two dogs.'
