'For the next 7 minutes, we\'ll show kids a few stretching exercises that they can do every time they\'re about to do any kind of exercises! It\'s really important to warm-up and stretch before start doing any exercise routine, allowing the muscles to become more flexible, to prevent the little ones from injuring themselves, by causing damage to their muscles.
