'Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle are three ways you can help protect the environment. This lesson provides tips on how to have a positive impact on the earth\'s land, water, and air. Waste is anything we throw away or get rid of, that doesn’t get used. We need to reduce waste inorder to protect the environment.  This is also a great educational lesson to use on Earth Day. Earth Day is April 22nd.  This is absolutely perfect as a first-time reduce reuse and recycle lesson for kindergarten, first grade, and second grade.
