'Hey Momz! Riley and I have been working on a project for your LiveWELLKidz! Here is her first workout! Have fun introducing your kiddos to fitness one week & short workout at a time! Details below! The workout: FRIENDS | 7 movements For kidz ages 4 & below: focus on one movement or letter per day Mon: F | Fast feet | 3 sets of 20 seconds Tues: R | Rocket jumps | 3 sets of 10 jumps Wed: I | Inch worm walk | 3 sets of 20 seconds Thurs: E | Elevator squats | 3 sets of 10 squats (push the “button” & slowly squat down and then back to standing) Fri: N | Noodle shake out | 3 sets of 20 seconds Sat: D| Dance party | turn on some music and do intervals of 20 seconds of dancing! 3 sets! Sun: S | Superman | 3 sets of 5 reps or 10 second hold . . . For kids ages 5 & up: Complete 1 full circuit on Tues, Thurs & Saturday F | Fast feet | 1 set of 20 seconds R | Rocket jumps | 1 set of 10 jumps I | Inch worm walk | 1 set of 20 seconds E | Elevator squats | 1 set of 10 squats (push the “button” & slowly squat down and then stand back up) N | Noodle shake out | 1 set of 20 seconds D| Dance party | 1 set of dance to your favorite song! S | Superman | 1 set of 5 reps or 10 second hold . . . . .
