'Tackle ring drills and ideas for good technique, to help build tackling confidence. Do these drills as Rugby fitness and work on making dominant tackles like Sam Underhill - hitting low and explosive, chasing your feet to power drive your legs through the tackle, while keeping your hips and shoulders level. If you do these drills correctly, you\'ll build good habits and core strength needed to be successful in the tackle. Also, this is good to practice your Chase Tackle. Just bear in mind, the ring will propel you up on contact, so try to hit really low to compensate. In reality, when you tackle a player from behind, you won\'t roll up them! Thanks for watching.
