'Standing Dumbbell Cross Chest Hammer Bicep Curl'

'Stand with your feet together and the dumbbells to your sides.  Keep your shoulders square through the movement and bend one arm up so the dumbbell crosses to the opposite pec.  Your upper arm will remain parallel to your body as your thumb remains facing up and your elbow adjusts forward slightly.  Return your arm down in a controlled motion and repeat with the other arm.'
