'This is my current leg day routine I will perform for 1 day of 3 leg days until the end of May. This routine consist of mostly compound movements that can be performed at home with body weight or with your choice of dumbbells!!! Any one can complete these movements, but the weights used are not recommended for beginners! If you are a beginner PLEASE use body weight until you are comfortable performing each exercise movement!! I’m so excited to sweat with you guys and I’m looking forward to building more muscle!!!
