'PCN PACTV Community News Meditative Drum at ShockYard Fitness for benefit  The ladies over at the Shock Yard in Plymouth are making a name for themselves in town…in a good way.  They’ve developed a reputation for keeping people in shape, holding fun events that bring the community together, and the philanthropy world is recognizing them for their generosity.  They recently held their second drum circle fund raiser for the Greater Plymouth Relay For Life Foundation and PCN was there.'
