'Push yourself that little bit harder and try our pro workout of the week!  Pro workouts will be 3 sets of 20 reps for each exercise with a 30 second recovery.  Don\'t forget, as well as following our Youtube channel for workouts lead by your favourite instructors, you can access free exercise routines on the Mywellness app. Once you\'ve downloaded the free mobile app, make sure you select us as your home club.
