'19 June 2020 Led by Mira, this 45-minute full-body, low to medium intensity workout will benefit your overall functional fitness. Mira takes you through a well-rounded warm-up to activate your joints, major muscle groups, and gradually increase your heart rate in preparation for the main workout. Functional fitness exercises are at the heart of today\'s session, they support the movement patterns and strength necessary for activities of daily living (ADLs): bend and lift, push and pull, rotational movements. There are two rounds of eight fundamental functional strength exercises paired in superset for greater benefit. The session ends with a thorough stretching routine for improved body flexibility.
