'This exercise demo shows how to perform a Dumbbell Hammer Curl and Front Press with correct form Start with your feet shoulder-width apart, your back straight and two dumbbells held at your sides. Keeping your hands in a neutral position, curl the dumbbells up to your shoulders, then press up straight above your head (still maintaining that neutral hand position). Lower the dumbbells down to your shoulders and reverse the curl back to the start position then repeat.'
