'A dropset at the end of my leg session.After I did 360 pounds for three sets of five reps on the standard leg press machine and after that I did seated hamstring curls and than I did this at the end. The exact dropset 350 pounds for six reps 270 pounds for six reps 180 pounds for six reps 90 pounds for six reps for each leg.'
