'I discovered this cool third-party application that you can use on Windows 2000 which also works with Windows 98 and Windows ME. You can import any themes from Microsoft Plus! 95, Plus! for Kids, Windows 98, Microsoft Plus! 98, Windows 98 SE, and Windows ME. It\'s also good alternative for Windows 98 users that don\'t have Plus! 98 installed for to use themes with gradient title bars, If you\'re using the application on Windows 98 or Windows ME Desktop Themes must be enabled by going to the Windows Setup tab in Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel. I used Windows 2000 virtual machine for demonstration. You can download the Desktop Architect program from ThemeWorld.'
