'Day 2 of the 20 Day Fitness Focused Holiday Challenge I’m hosting with Performance Tempel. Trainer Renaldo from Focus Fitness 7 is putting us through some tough total body workouts. Benefit of Total Body Training is:  -You burn more calories in less time -They are more time efficient and help you focus on the essentials.   A lot can happen in 20 days if you’re intentional and consistent.
