'Today\'s workout was prepared to cool down our kids. After a hard day, kids can get restless, and to help them unwind we\'ve prepared this quick workout. In about 8 minutes the little ones will do some easy standing exercises followed by slow movements on the mat. This will help them stay calm and relaxed after a busy day.
