'Need a quick \'active break\'? No equipment? No worries! Kids home all day? No worries! Get the whole family moving at home or outside. SMILE & HAVE FUN with this great little routine. Can be repeated as many times as you like! We\'ve done twice through bringing us to a total of 7 minutes! Remember to listen to your body. If something doesn\'t feel right, adjust to suit or change to a different exercise.
