'Female Fitness Model Michelle Jacot is teaching you a simple yet intense Butt lifting workout you can do to build a Hot Butt and Sexy Legs. Most the equipment you can buy at a store cheap or find in the gym (I bought those ankle weights for $10 and a 20-30lbs barbell is less then $50 but you could probably find a used one for a lot less. 5-10lbs ankle weights are ideal to start with then build up to 15lbs. This workout can be done at Home, the Gym, or outside. Workout: Do each exercise for about 20 seconds. After then rest about 10 seconds then do the next exercise. After you have done all 5 exercises rest 2minutes then repeat. Repeat as many times as you\'d like. Ideally 3-5. Do this 3-5x per week. Exercises: Squats Swings Weight at Side Swing Weight in Middle Leg Lifts Side Step Lunges Ice Skaters Add weight as needed.
