'This bicep workout with dumbbells is the perfect stand alone bicep dumbbell workout or can be used as a bicep finisher to end your workout session. Either way, it will fire up your arms and have you feeling good and sore! Can’t make it to the gym? This is the perfect home bicep workout!  All you’ll need is a light set of dumbbells – I’ll be using 15 lb dumbbells for this bicep workout.
