'Looking to burn some energy? This is a 20 minute workout designed for kids to elevate their heart rate while having some fun (although adults are welcome too!). We start with a simple 1 minute warm up, followed by 3 rounds of high energy activity. Each round has the same 10 moves that are performed for 20 seconds each, interspersed with 15 seconds of rest (with another 20 seconds of rest between the rounds). We then finish with 2 minutes of easy stretches. Please leave feedback if you like this workout, or have suggestions for different moves.
