Your palms should be facing each other. - Keep your shoulders fixed at the top of the bench and your back straight. This is the starting position. (First Movement) - Now, exhale as you lift the dumbbells by flexing your biceps. - Continue the movement until the weights are close to your shoulders and your biceps are fully contracted. (Second Movement) - Hold the contraction for a moment, and then inhale as you slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position. - Perform the movements for the prescribed number of repetitions.'
